Screen printing is the process of transferring a stenciled design onto a flat surface using a mesh screen, ink and a squeegee. The basic method involves creating a stencil on a fine mesh screen, and then pushing ink through the mesh screen to create an imprint of your design on the apparel beneath. The process is also sometimes called “silk screening” or “silk screen printing”.

Heat Sealed Vinyl is a CAD (Computer Aided Design) Cut printing method of heat transferring onto t-shirts and clothing. It is most commonly used for printing names and numbers as well as simple logos onto your apparel. CAD-Cut vinyl is actually a vinyl material used to print onto fabric and is cut with the aid of a computer.
